All prices are displayed in Euros or US Dollars and may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified.

European Union Orders 

All orders shipping to the European Union will be sold at the Euro price, which includes the cost of transport. This price does not include VAT.

Orders from outside the European Union

All orders shipping to outside of the European Union will be sold at the Euro or US Dollar price, which does not include the cost of transport. This price does not include the cost of any customs, duties, or VAT, all of which will be charged locally upon arrival of goods.

Lead Times 

All lead times correspond to the published lead times on the Saarepera & Mae price sheet or the product page. The lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become back-ordered or delayed. Custom projects require eight weeks or more for completion. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.

Shipping Charges 

The price of transport is calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and the size and weight of the product. For shipments to European Union countries, the cost of shipping is included in the price. For all other sales, the cost of shipping is not included in the price and will be charged accordingly. Shipping times are estimated, and Mari Lights is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures or any carrier-related delays.

Custom Orders 

All custom orders need to be placed by contacting Saarepera & Mae directly. Custom orders require a minimum of 8 weeks for production.

Photography 

All efforts have been made to photograph the finishes and colors of products accurately. Slight variances can sometimes occur between photographic representation and the actual product.

Returns 

Saarepera & Mae does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within 10 business days for company credit or exchange only. Items must be in original unused condition. Items must be returned within intact, original packaging. There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products, or custom orders. These items are considered the final sale. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

Order Cancellations 

Cancellations must be made within five business days of confirmation of the order. Cancellations of a custom order must be made within two business days of confirmation of the order. No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods.

Warranty 

Saarepera & Mae will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an authorized reseller or distributor or Saarepera & Mae directly. Saarepera & Mae warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after the date of purchase. Saarepera & Mae reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. To recover under this limited warranty, the purchaser must claim Saarepera & Mae within ten business days of the occurrence. Saarepera & Mae, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. This limited warranty will be in effect if customers handle and use the product as prescribed. This limited warranty does not include any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

Damages 

All damage claims must be made in writing within ten business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
